What is your return policy?

Wallpaper and fabric are non-refundable as they are produced and cut specially for you. We suggest ordering swatches before placing your final order to avoid any confusion. All orders are inspected before they are shipped; however, final responsibility rests with the customer. Any flaws must be brought to our attention within 5 business days of receipt and prior to cutting and/or installation.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to production. Please be sure to confirm that your order is correct before finalizing.

Can I order a swatch?

Of course! We provide complimentary samples for members of the interior design trade. Please contact us at hello@bethanymabeeart.com with the pattern(s) you are interested in receiving.

I am not an interior designer, can I still order your fabric + wallpaper?

At this time we only sell to members of the interior design trade. Please reach out to us at hello@bethanymabeetextiles.com to be directed to a designer or showroom in your area.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! If you are located outside of the USA or Canada, please reach out for a shipping quote. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and fees.

CUSTOM OPTIONS

Can I change the scale of an existing pattern?

Not at this time.

Can you do custom colors?

We are not able to offer custom colors. Bethany’s patterns are created from small cropped areas of her paintings. The painterly details that come through cannot be digitally altered. To honor Bethany’s unique process and the artwork that the patterns originate from, patterns are only available in the one colorway shown.   However, we’d love to hear your ideas to keep in mind for future collections.

Do you do commercial quality fabrics or wallpapers?

Fabric:

We do not offer commercial qualities for our fabrics, but we have recommendations on third party companies that can apply various backings or topical solutions to our fabrics to suit your needs. Please reach out for more details.

Wallpaper:

We can print on commercial-grade vinyl. Please reach out for more details and pricing.
